Rapid Serial Visual Presentation (RSVP) simulator

Buttons are hidden by default. hover over them to show. (alt controls: esc to bring text prompt, alt+enter to confirm text)

Also It uses system fonts btw. so the correct font will likely not show up in the browser version. I'll upload the font files with the program in the next patch
